House Clearances
We understand that house clearances are usually a sensitive matter occurring as a result of a change in circumstances and that this when you need experienced support most. We can appraise and sell at auction all items of value and arrange removal of those not suitable on your behalf. Distance is not a problem, we have cleared houses across the local area and also further afield
Probate & Insurance Valuations
Highly experienced in this sensitive area, we can liaise with your insurance company and/or solicitor and/or accountant to administrate all necessary paperwork to ensure all loose ends are tied up in an efficient and respectful manner. Fees on arrangement.
AUCTIONS
Our auctions are held monthly, on a Friday, in our Axminster saleroom.
We are open to view for the 2 days prior – come browse for your treasure in advance! We stay open for late night viewing – til 7pm – on the Wednesday and Thursday.
Auctions start at 9.30am sharp, we open the doors for last viewing and to register to bid at 9am! Come in early – you will be assured of a warm welcome.
On auction days you can relax between lots in ‘Finnegan’s Lounge’, our hospitality area where teas, coffees and snacks are available.
All drinks are complimentary but there is a collection tin if you feel inclined in aid of Sepsis UK. This is our chosen charity in memory of Becci’s brother-in-law Brian Finnegan who passed away suddenly at the age of just 50 from Sepsis in 2016. We are proud to honour his memory and each time you refuel during the auction, you will be supporting this extremely worthwhile cause too.
